Payroll/Benefit Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll/Benefit Specialist to join our team in Littleton, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running payroll using Paycor and administering employee benefits efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and run payroll accurately and on time using Paycor payroll system.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure accurate payroll and benefits data.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
- Assist with year-end processes such as W-2 and 1095 reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience running payroll using Paycor or similar payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
