Key Responsibilities (Payroll & Benefits Administrator):
• Process and administer multi-state payroll, including bonuses, commissions, garnishments, deductions, retroactive adjustments, executive compensation, and tax withholdings
• Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local payroll regulations to maintain compliance and update processes as needed
• Perform payroll and benefits audits, reconciliations, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Oversee payroll tax registrations, tax notices, timekeeping administration, retirement plan contributions, and year-end W-2 processing
• Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits records within ADP, UKG, and carrier platforms
• Investigate and resolve payroll and benefits-related questions, discrepancies, and escalated issues
• Assist with reporting, process enhancements, and ongoing system optimization efforts


Qualifications (Payroll & Benefits Administrator):
• 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now required; UKG experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and benefits administration
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile data
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
