Key Responsibilities for the HR Operations Administrator:

• Administer bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain payroll compliance across multiple states
• Manage employee benefits programs, enrollments, open enrollment activities, and vendor relationships
• Support HR operations, onboarding, employee records management, and policy administration
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate experience initiatives
• Oversee office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace needs
• Maintain compliance with employment, payroll, and benefits regulations

Qualifications for the HR Operations Administrator:

• 3-5+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration responsibilities
• Experience working in a professional services environment strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and employee benefits administration
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Excel
