Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings

  • Administer employee benefits including health, dental, retirement, and leave programs

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper payroll and benefits data integrity

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits

  • Partner with HR and Accounting to reconcile payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding payroll changes, benefit enrollments, and terminations

  • Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s and benefit audits


What We’re Looking For:



  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume environment

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel
