Seeking an experienced Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive payroll processing experience and a strong bookkeeping background. The successful candidate will manage payroll for multiple clients, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide exceptional client support throughout the payroll process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on schedule using QuickBooks and Gusto.
- Manage payroll onboarding for new clients and employees.
- Set up and maintain direct deposit information.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Perform bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality payroll and bookkeeping services.
