| JOB SUMMARY |
Coordinate, administer and reconcile the payroll processes of the Company in accordance with Federal and State regulations and in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards. |
| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- High School Diploma or GED.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Determines time worked and equipment usage from time sheets and verifies proper authorizations.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate data is maintained.
- Assist employees with questions about payroll and other payroll-related issues.
- Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
- Enter new hire and termination information into UKG and accounting ERP.
- Assist in preparing control documents for the use in reconciling payroll transactions.
- Check and verify payroll import information.
- Assist with daily/weekly payroll changes.
- Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.
