Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for flexibility and work-life balance? We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll operations in a collaborative and employee-focused environment.
What You'll Do
Process payroll accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records and employee data
Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, deductions, and tax-related entries
Respond to employee payroll inquiries
Reconcile payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with audits and reporting as needed
Qualifications
Previous payroll processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
