Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Payroll Clerk - Labor Contractor (Salinas)

Compensation - TBD on experience and knowledge of programs.
Employment type: full-time, overtime if needed, possible weekends.

This is a full-time, 40 + hour a week. Must have some experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
This is an Agricultural based company in the Monterey County.
We need a person with a great personality that enjoys customer support, working as a team and accomplishing goals. Someone that thrives at meeting deadlines. Maintains an assigned list of payroll clients, provides customer service support and helps resolve issues, concerns, establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with growers.

Skills/Abilities:
Computer literate
Ability to work and communicate effectively and collaboratively with co-workers and other departments, and foster a pleasant and shared working environment.
Able to show initiative, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
Ability to work independently and is a self-starter.
Must have a knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Must have telephone etiquette, fax and/or email to obtain payroll data.
Knowledge of Famous software is a plus
10 key literate

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime when needed
• Weekends will rotate with other staff
