With multiple locations throughout Southeast Pennsylvania, we have built our business on quality products, hard work, and a strong commitment to our employees and customers.We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team and support payroll operations for our continuously growing organization with approximately 700 employees across our five locations.Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Clerk will assist with the accurate and timely processing of payroll for both regular and temporary employees. This is an important role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, paying close attention to details, and providing excellent service to employees and managers.ResponsibilitiesAssist with processing payroll for approximately 700 employees across five locations.Review and verify timekeeping records, including regular hours, overtime, PTO, holidays, and other pay codes.Ensure overtime and other applicable premium pay are accurately processed.Enter and maintain employee payroll information, including new hires, pay changes, transfers, and terminations.Process payroll adjustments, corrections, and other payroll transactions.Work with supervisors and managers to resolve timekeeping and payroll discrepancies.Process payroll for temporary employees.Respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, time records, and other routine payroll matters.Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.Assist with payroll reconciliations, audits, reporting, and year-end activities.Assist with employee deductions, garnishments, benefits deductions, and payroll-related items.Follow company policies and applicable payroll requirements.Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous payroll, accounting, HR, or administrative experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems is a plus.Position DetailsPosition: Payroll Clerk Reports to: Payroll Manager FLSA Status: Hourly / Non-Exempt / Overtime Eligible Employee Population: Approximately 700 employees / Locations Supported: Stevens, Womelsdorf, Intercourse, Newmanstown, and Lititz, PAJoin Our Family-Owned TeamAt John F.
