Payroll CoordinatorPosition Summary: Payroll Coordinator position is accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a period payroll and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees. Enter pay details into payroll system(s).Answer telephone promptly.Ability to answer questions regarding payroll policies.Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Attention to detail.Excellent client service skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work independently in a time sensitive environment.Must possess sound decision-making skills and multi-task while working in an environment of stress with specific deadlines Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience processing Multi-State Payroll preferred.Compliance with Drug-Free Workplace Policy.Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Present a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code.Available to work a (minimum) 40-hour week.
