LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our client on a direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in payroll processing. Youll play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of payroll experience
  • Experience with payroll processing systems (Ultipro, UKG, ADP or Paylocity highly preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills are required (pivot tables and vlookups at a minimum)
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation and schedule:

  • Compensation: $55k - $60k
  • Fully onsite

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
