Job TitlePayroll ProcessorJob DescriptionAssist with processing payroll for employees across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable regulations. Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, compensation changes, deductions, and benefits. Support payroll reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries. Partner closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and deduction processing. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll and employee information. Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
