Job Title: Payroll Processing Associate

Location: Coppell, TX 75019 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $18.78/hour on W2

Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
May require overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business needs (advance notice provided)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processing Associate to join the UPS payroll team. In this role, you will process payroll transactions, including manual check requests, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. Training on UPS payroll systems and internal applications will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :
Process payroll transactions and manual check requests.
Maintain confidentiality while handling payroll information.
Use UPS payroll systems and internal web-based applications.
Review and analyze payroll-related information and management statements.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts.
Perform accurate data entry with minimal errors.
Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Support both union and non-union payroll processes (training provided).
Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access (primarily data entry).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Accurate typing and strong 10-key calculator skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous payroll experience (preferred but not required).
