Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried employees
• Manage payroll administration for approximately 80+ employees across multiple entities
• Administer payroll-related deductions including 401(k), FSA, and HSA plans
• Ensure accurate multi-state payroll processing and compliance
• Support payroll system transition initiatives and process improvements as needed
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
• Experience processing multi-state payrolls
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive payroll information
• Paylocity experience is a plus
• Payroll experience preferred over educational requirements
