Knowledge of federal and state labor laws related to timekeeping and wage/hour compliance Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusOverview (Payroll Coordinator)The Timekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of employee work hours, leave, and attendance data. This role supports payroll processing by maintaining timekeeping systems, resolving discrepancies, and providing excellent service to employees and managers regarding time-related inquiries.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping systemReview and audit time entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulationsAssist employees and managers with timekeeping issues, including corrections, approvals, and system navigationCollaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure proper integration of time data into payroll processingGenerate and distribute timekeeping reports as needed for internal audits and management reviewSupport onboarding and training efforts related to timekeeping procedures and systemsIdentify and escalate system issues or policy violations to appropriate stakeholdersMaintain confidentiality of employee data and adhere to data protection standards **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
