Payroll Coordinator

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Payroll Coordinator to fulfill an immediate need.




This individual will be responsible for:

• Process biweekly payroll for 3,000+ employees across multiple entities
• Enter and maintain employee information in the HCM/HR system, including new hires, terminations, and changes
• Manage and process child support orders, garnishments, and other wage deductions
• Handle verification of employment (VOE) requests, both written and verbal
• Perform accurate data entry for direct deposits, tax information, and manual payroll entries
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding ADP Workforce Now and general payroll questions
• Prepare and submit new hire reports and wage statements as required
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 2+ years of high volume multi-entity payroll processing
• Ability to quickly adapt to different payroll and HR systems
• Garnishments a PLUS
• ADP Workforce OR HCM OR Oracle EBS a PLUS
