Payroll Coordinator

Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Pasadena, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees in Texas
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Assist with payroll reporting and administrative duties
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

• Previous high-volume payroll processing experience required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Experience with Sage and Pacific Crew Time is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (DOE)
