$30/hour | Pomona, CA (100% Onsite)

Are you an experienced payroll professional with CalPERS experience? If so we're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting a fast-paced, high-volume environment at a private nonprofit.

This is a temporary, open requisition role with the potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process semi-monthly payrolls for 500+ employees
  Manage two payroll cycles with a single pay date
• Handle wage garnishments and payroll deductions
• Audit and reconcile timecards, including overtime verification with managers
• Process payroll for employees with multiple roles/rates within the same pay period
• Work within ADP Workforce Now (transitioning to UKG system)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• • ADP Workforce Now
  • CalPERS
• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP (pending background clearance)
• Schedule: Typically 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  (Flexibility required between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM as needed)
