After training, you'll manage a client portfolio, resolving issues, educating users, and building long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact, troubleshooting, training, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on industry regulations.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of payroll or client service experience, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Familiarity with payroll systems or HCM software is a plus.
