We're a full service payroll, HCM, and HR firm supporting small to mid sized businesses across Maine and New England, and we're looking for our next Payroll & HCM Consultant to join the team.This isn't a "run payroll and move on" kind of role. You'll own a book of complex client relationships, configuring and optimizing our payroll software, isolved, to fit each client's needs, troubleshooting issues directly with them, training clients and teammates, building custom imports, and using AI tools to make payroll processing more efficient. You'll also handle the technical fundamentals: processing complicated payrolls, filing tax and voluntary deduction reports, and managing garnishments and levies.
