Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Payroll/HR Clerk to support our Accounting and HR departments.
In this position, you will:

Key Accountabilities:
• Update payroll information in conjunction with HR for promotions, transfers, terminations and new hires. • Process and commit bi-weekly payroll. • Prepare statements reflecting earnings, taxes and deductions. • Process payroll reports for management and auditing purposes; biweekly, monthly and annual basis. • Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax and deductions laws. • Answer questions; resolving issues regarding payroll. • Provide administrative support to the HR department by filing employee forms and documents into appropriate employee files.
General Requirements:
• Experience in payroll administration or similar role. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or relevant field. • Good working knowledge of accounting practices and tax laws. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Payroll systems and database software. • Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Salary: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
