A growing organization in the Harford County area seeks a qualified Payroll Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ADP payroll processes and personnel
- Oversee bi-monthly, multi-state payroll (500+ employees)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance
- Prepare 401(k) & ROTH reports
- Generate reporting (overtime, commissions, staffing)
- Maintain SOPs and documentation
- Train managers on payroll processes
- Support audits
- Partner with HR and Accounting
Requirements
- 3+ years payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
- Management experience
- ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Strong Excel & Outlook skills
- Organized, reliable, and communicative
- HR exposure is a plus
- Does not need to be a high-level expert
