Minimum Qualification Requirements

Attainment of a minimum of a bachelors degree from a recognized college or university in accounting, business administration or closely related field, and a minimum of five years' responsible experience in financial administration to include at least one year experience in payroll administration; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
