Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining payroll processing systems for timely transactions, preparing reports summarizing earnings, taxes, and deductions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, supporting international payroll operations and compliance, and identifying and recommending updates to payroll systems and procedures.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required, five years of experience in a payroll managerial position, experience with international labor laws and payroll regulations, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
