Overview


We are partnering with a long-standing organization undergoing a period of modernization and operational enhancement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is excited by ownership, transformation, and building scalable processes.



Key Responsibilities



  • Own and manage full-cycle payroll processing

  • Oversee Accounts Payable and T&E (Travel & Expense) functions

  • Lead the transition from outsourced payroll to a fully in-house model

  • Drive ADP / HRIS implementation, optimization, and enhancements

  • Design and scale the payroll function, including future hiring and structure

  • Partner closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency



Compensation & Benefits



  • Salary: $125,000 – $140,000

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
