The Payroll Manager will play a critical role in leading day‑to‑day, hands‑on payroll processing and compliance for a multi‑state employee population of approximately 3,000 employees. This role sits at the center of an evolving payroll organization following a major integration and is ideal for someone who has grown from payroll specialist to manager and understands payroll from the ground up.Client DetailsOur client is a rapidly growing financial services organization formed through the integration of multiple business units into a single, unified platform. With operations spanning the U.S. and internationally, the firm is focused on building scalable, best‑in‑class operational functions to support long‑term growth.
