Overview:
Seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee high-volume weekly payroll in a manufacturing/prevailing wage environment, supporting both union and non-union employees with full compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle weekly payroll
Utilize PAYCOM software
Prepare certified payroll (Davis-Bacon & CA prevailing wage compliance)
Manage union payroll (sub pay, zone pay) and benefit deductions
Process pay changes, manual checks, and reconciliations
Partner with HR, Finance, and union reps
Support audits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
5+ years payroll processing/management experience
Union & non-union payroll experience
Certified payroll / prevailing wage expertise
401(k) administration & payroll systems experience
Strong Excel + Office 365
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Comp & Benefits:
