Overview:
Seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee high-volume weekly payroll in a manufacturing/prevailing wage environment, supporting both union and non-union employees with full compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle weekly payroll
• Utilize PAYCOM software
• Prepare certified payroll (Davis-Bacon & CA prevailing wage compliance)
• Manage union payroll (sub pay, zone pay) and benefit deductions
• Process pay changes, manual checks, and reconciliations
• Partner with HR, Finance, and union reps
• Support audits and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• 5+ years payroll processing/management experience
• Union & non-union payroll experience
• Certified payroll / prevailing wage expertise
• 401(k) administration & payroll systems experience
• Strong Excel + Office 365
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
