CR Fletcher is seeking a Payroll Manager for a client company in the Syracuse area.
Exciting opportunity with a growing professional services firm. The Payroll Manager will lead the payroll processes for a large multi-state employer with multiple tax classifications.
Job Summary:
- Manage the complete payroll process working closely with Human Resources and Payroll Analyst
- Maintain compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate records & reporting
- Administer retirement plan contributions
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7+ years hands on payroll administration experience with multi-state experience
- Strong analytical skills. Accounting experience a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
