Payroll Manager

CFS is partnering with a growing organization in Westborough, MA to hire a Payroll Manager.

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week in office
Location: Westborough, MA

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in a high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to take ownership of a critical function within a stable and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage the full-cycle payroll process for a large employee population
• 
  
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a high-volume environment
• 
  
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• 
  
• Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes
• 
  
• Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• 5+ years of payroll experience, including processing high-volume payroll
• 
  
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• 
  
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills
• 
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
•
