Job Title: Payroll - Onboarding Specialist
Location: Edison, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $21.00
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date.
• Assist in onboarding new candidates, from documentation to integration into the team.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate onboarding activities and follow up on candidate progress.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout payroll processing and candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding workflows.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills with experience in payroll processing and data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work closely with a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and ability to recruit candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in payroll or onboarding preferred.
