Payroll Processing Associate
M-F 7am-5pm (Must be flexible to work during this shift some days longer than others)

Payrate: 18.00-18.80/hr
1+ year contract
Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processing Associate to support payroll operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong data entry skills, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Process payroll-related transactions and manual check requests
  • Enter and maintain payroll data accurately
  • Utilize payroll, timekeeping, and internal systems (training provided)
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts regarding payroll matters
  • Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Payroll experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed with advance notice
  • Training provided on payroll systems and wage plans
