Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processing Associate to support payroll operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong data entry skills, accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Process payroll-related transactions and manual check requests
- Enter and maintain payroll data accurately
- Utilize payroll, timekeeping, and internal systems (training provided)
- Communicate with internal and external contacts regarding payroll matters
- Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Payroll experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed with advance notice
- Training provided on payroll systems and wage plans
