Job Description: Title: Payroll Processing Associate Location: Coppell Tx Duration: 0 – 6 Months Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm (M-F) Pay Rate: $18.50/Hour Job Duties: Process manual check requests and ensure employees are paid correctly using internal payroll systems Communicate with internal and external contacts regarding payroll matters Maintain confidentiality while working with payroll data in a team environment Utilize internal systems including: Time and Labor Other web-based applications/platforms (training provided) Analyze payroll issue statements from management using strong analytical skills Use a 10-key calculator and keyboard with speed and accuracy Work some weekends and holidays (advance notice provided) Work scheduled hours that may vary based on business needs; overtime may be required Handle both union and non-union wage plans (training provided) Perform duties in a fast-paced, urgent environment Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Access (primarily data entry) – Basic level required Payroll experience preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills High energy, strong learning aptitude, dependability, and a positive attitude Flexible and willing to work outside scheduled shifts as needed
