Our client, a leader in the industrial services industry, is seeking a Payroll Processor to join their team. As a Payroll Processor, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting payroll operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Processor

Location:Lyman, Wyoming

Pay Range: $48,500 annually 

Shift: M-F : 8:00am-5:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Process full-cycle payroll for multiple business entities accurately and efficiently
  • Administer union payrolls and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
  • Manage Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) reporting and prevailing wage compliance
  • Calculate and administer prevailing wage/fringe benefits
  • Ensure multi-state payroll compliance, tax reporting, and regulatory adherence

What's Needed?

  • Full-cycle payroll experience preferred
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll
  • Strong experience with union payroll administration
  • Experience with Certified Payroll (DBA/DBRA) and prevailing wage requirements
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and wage laws
