Job Description:
- Large-scale payroll/timekeeping system implementation leadership
- Deep experience interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
- Expertise with payroll and HCM platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor
- Strong payroll compliance, reconciliation, testing, and audit experience
- Agile project management and stakeholder management skills
- 10+ years of relevant payroll systems and transformation experience
