Position Title: Payroll Service Delivery Analyst

Position Description:

Join a dynamic team supporting the Overseas Military Banking Program (OMBP) as a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst. In this challenging, fast-paced role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple time zones, ensuring accuracy and compliance for employees in the U.S. and abroad. Collaborate with managers and team members to optimize payroll solutions, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service. Your expertise will support accurate financial recording, reporting, and benefits management, including foreign currency transactions and military personnel payroll. Utilize your strong analytical skills and knowledge of payroll laws to maintain data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and produce comprehensive payroll reports. Act as a trusted resource for employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and compliance, all while working with multiple payroll systems and tools. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a global environment supporting military personnel and international operations.

Top Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience as a Payroll Processor or similar role
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, payroll best practices, and proficiency with payroll systems and procedures
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll regulations
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll and Time & Attendance systems (desired but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads under tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with military personnel, especially overseas, is a plus
