What You'll Do:

  • Keep Operations Moving - Process, print, audit, package, and mail business payrolls with precision
  • Manage Shipments - Oversee daily mailings via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Maintain Organization - Monitor companywide supplies and coordinate orders
  • Partner with Vendors - Ensure equipment is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Supply Inventory - Oversee office supply inventory, orders and restocking
  • Support Critical Processes - Assist with year-end tax form distribution and recordkeeping for audits
  • Enhance Efficiency - Make recommendations to improve processes and client satisfaction
  • Assist with Special Projects - Collaborate with various departments to support operational needs
