    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to handle full cycle payroll processing. REPAY is looking for someone who can manage the entire payroll function including processing a semi-monthly payroll for 1,000+ employees, providing support for employees companywide. This role will work closely with the HR, Finance, and Accounting teams. We work hard, but we have lots of fun doing it.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary responsibility is to process full cycle U.S. (multi-state) and Canada semi-monthly payroll for

    ~1,100 employees.

    • Oversee Time Tracking corrections
    • Assist with garnishments processed by third-party processors.
    • Manage payroll related data to ensure accurate and timely accounting, record keeping, and day-to-day processing. This includes but is not limited to electronic time and attendance and PTO processes.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure all payroll changes have been entered accurately into the payroll system.
    • Assist with state and local payroll tax registrations and monitoring.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
    • Prepare regularly scheduled and ad hoc payroll analysis.
    • Prepare bi-monthly payroll journal entry to be entered into the accounting system.
    • Process manual/out of cycle check payments as necessary.
    • Identify and recommend changes to the payroll processing software, supporting systems, and payroll procedures.
    • Adhere to Final Pay State Laws
    • Assist with audits, testing, annual W-2 review and distribution.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • 2+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.
    • Experience with ADP and Workday Payroll and Time Tracking.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to operate Sense of urgency handle sensitive confident.
    • Be able to adapt to change and recover quickly from adversity.
    • Must be organized, possess a strong attention to detail, and be able to use critical thinking skills to solve problems.
    • Be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, manage and reinforce strict deadlines without compromising quality of work.
    • Must have a sense of humor and be able to work closely with the team.
