Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll accurately for all employees (multiple entities)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Maintain detailed payroll records and reports
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues
Qualifications
- Certified Payroll Specialist credential required
- High school degree or equivalent
- Experience in payroll within construction or manufacturing industries
- Must have knowledge of David Bacon Act
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
