Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:


  • Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple divisions

  • Assist with prevailing wage payroll reporting and compliance

  • Maintain accurate payroll records, employee deductions, and garnishments

  • Review and verify employee hours, timecards, and job allocations

  • Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with certified payroll reporting and union documentation as needed


Preferred Skillsets:


  • 1–3 years of payroll, HR, or administrative experience preferred

  • Exposure to union payroll or prevailing wage is a plus, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different divisions

  • Can be a team player


Pay is up to $30/h
