Responsibilities:

  • -Process associates' payroll on a semi-monthly or weekly basis
  • -Calculate commissions for performance- based pay associates
  • -Confirm time clock accuracies
  • -Prepare any taxes, wage garnishments, or any other accounts receivables
  • -Double check all balances before posting
  • -Communicate with management any discrepancies or oddities
  • -Keep accurate records and documentation
  • -Communicate with internal associates in a timely and professional manner
  • -Work well within a team
  • -Ensure and inspect for quality work

Requirements:

  • -Bachelor's degree in related field of equivalent experience preferred
  • -Experience in a payroll/HR environment preferred
  • -Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes
  • -Organization and attention to detail
  • -Ability to work independently
  • -Payroll certification preferred
  • -Experience in Microsoft Excel preferred
