Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a multi-client environment and serves as a trusted resource for client companies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. As a Payroll Specialist, you won't just be pushing buttons; you'll be a vital partner to our clients, ensuring their most valuable assets – their people – are paid accurately and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle payroll for multiple client companies in isolvedServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries, reporting, and troubleshootingAudit payroll data for accuracy including wage garnishments, tax jurisdictions, and benefit deductions. Required Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a PEO, HRO, or multi-client environmentStrong working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulationsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-service orientation Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency with isolved payroll software Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation is preferred, but not requiredExperience with multi-state payroll processing across 10 or more statesThrives in a fast-paced environment and manages shifting priorities with composure
