Payroll Specialist - Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for approximately 280 employees
• 
  
• Review payroll data for accuracy, including hours, deductions, taxes, and bonuses
• 
  
• Handle off-cycle payrolls, garnishments, adjustments, and reimbursements
• 
  
• Support payroll tax filings, W-2 preparation, and year-end processes
• 
  
• Maintain payroll records, accruals, and ensure compliance with regulations
• 
  
• Assist with -onboarding and provide support on select HR-related activities
• 
  
• Partner with the Controller on reporting and process improvements
• 
  

Payroll Specialist - Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and multi-state payroll
• 
  
• Experience with garnishments and ability to work independently
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills; Paylocity or Deltek experience is a plus
