Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Manage payroll compliance, tax reporting, and reconciliations
• Administer payroll-related programs including benefits, 401(k), and PTO
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in partnership with HR, managers, and vendors
• Support year-end payroll processing and reporting
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or UKG
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting
