Kforce's client, a growing Real Estate company in Fort Lee, NJ, is seeking a Payroll Specialist.
Summary: The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for about 500 employees multi-state organization. This includes processing, reviewing, and approving the payroll for salaried and hourly, full-time and part-time union and non-union employees employed by four different entities and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
The Payroll Specialist partners with the Accounting and HR teams as well as management on initiatives relating to compensation, record maintenance, employee benefit payments, and legal compliance. The Payroll Specialist supports a diverse workforce, maintains fair and equitable payroll policies and procedures, and adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
