Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll experience (1000+ employee environment).
Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in HR/Payroll systems (Lawson, Kronos, or Workday)
Excel experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Responsibilities:
Process biweekly and on-demand inhouse payroll (checks & direct deposits).
Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS.
Set up and manage garnishment deductions and payments.
Assist in training new payroll processors and troubleshooting issues.
Reconcile deductions, disability pay, and shift differentials.
Support special projects as assigned by Payroll Leadership.
