Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage payroll tax reporting and deductions.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Assist with audits and reconciliations related to payroll.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll role.
- Union experience strongly preferred.
