We’re partnering with a well-established construction organization seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction payroll experience who understands union environments, certified payroll, and the importance of accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees from timekeeping through final processing

  
  
• 
  

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports for construction projects

  
  
• 
  

• Interpret union agreements, wage rates, benefit requirements, and prevailing-wage requirements

  
  
• 
  

• Review timecards, calculate wages and deductions, reconcile payroll, and resolve discrepancies

  
  
• 
  

• Maintain accurate payroll records and support payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processes

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience

  
  
• 
  

• Construction payroll experience strongly preferred

  
  
• 
  

• Union and certified payroll experience required

  
  
•
