Payroll Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for functions of payroll processing and the completion of required ad hoc reports, on a timely and accurate basis. Responsible for calculating other compensation as needed. Quarterly and year-end reporting including, but not limited to 941's, W-2's. Will be responsible for managing the architecture of and data maintained within the Payroll/HRIS system. This position works under the general supervision of the Disbursement Manager.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with accounting functions and financial reporting relating to Accounts Payable inclusive of timely processing, verification, tracking, reporting, and payment of all approved invoices.
