Process weekly payroll for 600 employees with accuracy and timeliness. Audit verify and summarize employee timesheets. Enter payroll data accurately into the payroll system. Maintain working knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations. Process checks and direct deposits. Provide backup phone coverage as needed. Assist with timesheet and budget audits. Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks. Identify costsaving opportunities and recommend workflow improvements.This is a Part Time opportunity. 8hours per dayThe ideal candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent required bachelors degree preferred. Minimum one year of payroll experience is preferred. Bilingual communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees including new hires. Proficiency in MS Office Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint. Ability to perform basic math functions whole numbers fractions decimals percentages proficient with 10key.
