The Payroll Specialist will oversee client accounts, input payroll data, cut payroll checks, generate payroll reports, and be the key point person for our clients' payroll and software questions.We are seeking an energetic professional who enjoys developing long-lasting relationships with clients. Produce clear email responses with actionable instructions, providing screenshots, documents, and/or tutorial videos as needed. This is where the Heart of a teacher really shows in how you communicate!Process Payroll While Striving for 100% Accuracy – Proactively monitor, validate, and act on any highlighted concerns in each payroll run. Communicate payroll status quickly and accurately both internally and to the client. Troubleshoot payroll problems as needed in real-time. Print, seal, and sort checks to ensure accurate and timely delivery. A detail-oriented individual will keep a keen eye on all of these moving parts!Encourage Continued Growth – Strive to form a long-lasting working relationship with each client. Understand the impact of service quality on client satisfaction and client retention. Attend all training opportunities (on-site and virtual) throughout the year. Fully understand our products and services, initiating meetings with the sales team when new client opportunities arise. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews by proactively contacting clients to assist with additional trainings to improve their processes and help them.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:We are a business casual office environment.
